Where do you ship?
We deliver to physical street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Other countries are not eligible for shipping.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free for all eligible orders. There are no expedited options.
How long does delivery take?
Free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays.
What is your order cutoff?
The order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year without daylight-saving changes. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day count that day toward handling. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on US federal holidays begin handling on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Can I return an item?
Contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your purchase to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unwashed, free of pet hair and other contamination, in their original condition and original packaging. Please request authorization before posting a return.
Who pays return shipping?
If we made an error, or an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, Xanadune pays the return shipping cost. If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping cost to France. There is no restocking fee.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. Photos may help us understand the problem. Ordinary change-of-mind conditions do not automatically exclude an item because you opened its packaging as necessary to inspect a defect, damage or incorrect delivery.
When will an approved refund be returned?
After your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help following up on an approved refund.
How do I choose a paw cup size?
Compare your pet’s paw width with the internal diameter: S is 7 cm and M is 9 cm. Allow room for a comfortable fit and do not force a paw into the cup. Kits include the M cup.
What comes in each set?
Every product page lists the included components and dimensions. A set price covers the listed components in the selected color.
How do I care for the tools?
Follow the individual care instructions on the product page. Wash litter tools separately from bath and textile tools. Dry components before storage.
What should I check before paying?
Review your contact details, shipping and billing addresses, selected products and the displayed total. Payment completion and order acceptance are separate events; contact support if you need help.
